Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery
All production and delivery timelines provided are estimates. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers. Value Packaging Hub is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers; however, rush fees may be refunded or waived in qualifying cases. The customer does not have the right to cancel an order due to any delay.
Value Packaging Hub is not financially responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If damaged goods are received, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Production pricing may change due to fluctuations in material, labor, or operational costs.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, and related expenses. Failure to provide required customs or shipping documentation may result in delays or additional fees, for which Value Packaging Hub holds no liability.
Returns & Refunds
Value Packaging Hub offers a limited warranty on defective products. If a defect is confirmed, we may replace the product or offer a price adjustment. Because products are custom-made, all sales are final unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
Any shipping damage must be reported immediately upon delivery and documented. Hidden damage must be reported within 3 days. Product or packaging issues must be reported within 14 days. Failure to report within the required timeframe indicates acceptance of the product.
If a replacement is approved, the customer must return 100% of the product within 15 days, at their own expense. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective Products & Quality Standards
A product is considered defective only if there is a confirmed manufacturing or printing fault. The following are not considered defects:
- Minor cracking on folds due to the paperboard properties
- Normal wear on non-laminated cardstock
- Damage caused by handling or shipping
- Specification variances within ±2.5%
- Minor color or density differences between proofs and final prints
Customer Artwork & File Requirements
Artwork must follow Value Packaging Hub preparation guidelines, submitted in CMYK color mode, 300 DPI, and at 1:1 scale. Value Packaging Hub is not responsible for print errors caused by incorrect file formatting.
Color variations from RGB-to-CMYK conversions or print process differences are not considered defects.
Color Proofing & Matching
Screen proofs verify layout, positioning, and text accuracy—not final color. Value Packaging Hub does not guarantee exact color matching. Minor color differences between samples and production runs may occur.
Customer Content Usage
By submitting artwork, images, or content (“Customer Content”), you confirm ownership or legal permission to use the material.
You grant Value Packaging Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use submitted content for order fulfillment and marketing purposes. You may request removal from marketing use by contacting Value Packaging Hub.
Customers agree to indemnify Value Packaging Hub against any legal claims arising from submitted content.
Prohibited content includes unlawful, harmful, offensive, copyrighted, or malicious material.

Order Quantity Variance
Value Packaging Hub may ship quantities within ±8% of the ordered amount. Customers requiring exact quantities should adjust their order accordingly.
Proof Approval & Production
Value Packaging Hub does not proofread customer files for accuracy. Orders are printed as submitted. Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production.
Production begins only after written proof approval. Turnaround times start upon final confirmation.
Payments & Billing
All prices are custom-based. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Wire Transfer, Credit Cards, and Checks.
Production and shipping begin only after 100% advance payment.
Payment Terms
Payment is due 15–30 days from the invoice date.
Late Payment Fees
- 16–30 days overdue: 2% late fee
- 31–60 days overdue: 5% late fee
- 90+ days overdue: Sent to collections; customer bears legal and recovery costs

Customers are responsible for keeping their contact and shipping information accurate. Value Packaging Hub is not liable for losses caused by outdated details. Address changes during production may incur additional fees.
